Strategy Senior – Energy, Industrials and Sustainability

Job Summary

EY-Parthenon seeks a Senior Consultant to lead strategy consulting projects within the MENA region, focusing on the Energy, Industrials, and Sustainability sectors. You will work with clients to address complex strategic challenges and manage project teams while maintaining rigorous delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of strategic consulting engagements in Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Industrials, and Sustainability sectors
• Define project objectives in collaboration with senior leadership and ensure execution meets EY-Parthenon standards
• Work directly with clients to translate complex strategic challenges into actionable insights and high-impact deliverables
• Manage project teams and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure quality and timeliness of all deliverables
• Identify risks, escalate issues appropriately, and mentor junior team members
• Apply sector expertise to help clients navigate industry-specific dynamics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-ranking university
• 3 to 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting or related fields
• Demonstrated experience delivering strategic projects in Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Industrials, and Sustainability sectors
• Experience leading significant strategy projects including digital transformation and market entry strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to conduct market assessments and develop business strategies
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and deep understanding of industry trends
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• High business acumen and strategic mindset
• Arabic language capabilities
• Willingness and flexibility to travel within the MENA region when necessary
