Sr. Resident Engineer

Job Summary

The Sr. Resident Engineer will oversee site operations for road, railway, and construction projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and coordinating with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities for road, railway, and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to address technical and site issues.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with standards.
• Review contractor submissions, method statements, and technical documents.
• Lead site inspections and enforce quality control procedures.
• Prepare and review progress reports and offer technical recommendations.
• Manage and coordinate site supervision teams and identify project risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in construction and infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in road and railway projects.
• Experience with engineering consultancy firms.
• Expertise in site supervision and construction management.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, specifications, and quality standards.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration.
• Experience in Saudi/GCC projects is preferred.
