Job Summary
The Sr. Project Engineer leads project teams to complete projects within budget and timeline, ensuring alignment with company objectives. This role involves developing project scopes, schedules, and collaborating with design teams to deliver engineering solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams to complete assigned projects on time and within budget while meeting business goals.
- Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans.
- Work with design teams to create project plans, specifications, procedures, and engineering designs.
- Guide cross-functional teams and review technical designs and documentation.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, control finances, and ensure quality standards.
- Communicate with stakeholders and secure necessary reviews and approvals.
- Ensure deliverables comply with industry standards and company safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
- 5-10 years of progressive project engineering experience, including Fuel stations projects.
- Project Management Professional certificate is preferred.
- Leadership, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of project management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety guidelines.
