Sr. Manager – Microsoft Identity & Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

Job Summary

This role involves designing, implementing, and managing secure and scalable identity, collaboration, and cloud infrastructure solutions across on-premises and Microsoft cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory migration, consolidation, modernization, and hybrid identity projects.
• Design and administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity solutions.
• Configure Entra ID Identity Governance features such as Access Reviews, Entitlement Management, and Lifecycle Workflows.
• Implement enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML, OIDC, and OAuth protocols.
• Manage Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), passwordless authentication, and Windows Hello for Business.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive for Business with focus on security and governance.
• Manage endpoint and mobile device security using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Defender XDR, and configure Microsoft Purview compliance controls.
• Develop automation and integration solutions using Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell scripting, Azure Automation, and integrate Microsoft identity services with external applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Expertise in Microsoft identity, cloud, and collaboration technologies including Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, hybrid identity, SSO, Identity Governance, Microsoft 365 administration, and governance.
• Proficiency in automation and integration tools such as PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure Automation.
• Working knowledge of endpoint and security technologies including Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender XDR, Defender for Cloud Apps, BitLocker, and Microsoft Purview.
• Experience in hybrid and cloud infrastructure assessment, solution architecture, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer.
