Job Summary
As the first Senior HCM Solution Consultant based in Saudi Arabia, you will serve as a strategic partner to the sales organization, building compelling visions of Workday’s Human Capital Management solution and opening a new market for Workday in KSA and the extended META region.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the end-to-end technical sales cycle for prospects and customers in KSA and extended region, including discovery, tailored demonstrations, and strategic vision workshops.
- Partner with sales to open and develop new lighthouse accounts in the region, positioning Workday as the strategic HCM platform of choice.
- Transform customer HR and workforce environments into a tangible vision of the Future of Work through interactive, story-led demonstrations of Workday HCM.
- Lead proactive Health Check and optimization engagements to identify underutilized capabilities and drive long-term customer value and adoption.
- Deliver high-impact presentations and demonstrations to CHROs, HR leadership, IT executives, and C-level stakeholders, aligning Workday’s roadmap with their strategic objectives.
- Articulate the business value of Workday’s Trustworthy AI approach and showcase AI-driven capabilities in the context of regional HR use cases.
- Work closely with Product Management, Services, Marketing, and Value Management to bring customer voice into global roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
- Represent Workday at regional events, roundtables, and executive briefings as a subject matter expert on HCM and the Future of Work in KSA and META.
Must haves
- 5+ years of presales or solution consulting experience in cloud-based HCM or HR technology platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar.
- 5+ years of deep Human Capital Management domain expertise across Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Payroll, and/or Workforce Management.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken), with ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to business and technical audiences.
- Strong experience working with enterprise or large mid-market organizations in the Middle East; direct KSA experience strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and regulatory considerations in KSA including local labor law, nationalization initiatives, and public vs. private sector nuances.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- Expert-level discovery skills with ability to uncover strategic business drivers and translate them into compelling solution visions and ROI-focused narratives.
- Strong interest in and understanding of how AI, Machine Learning, and Agentic AI apply to enterprise platforms and HCM use cases.
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills capable of commanding a room at C-Suite level and facilitating collaborative workshops.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, high-growth environments and can manage multiple concurrent opportunities with precision.
