Solution Architect – Enterprise

Job Summary

Lead the design and implementation of scalable technology solutions within the Enterprise Architecture and Technology Strategy function. Partner with business units to create solutions that support core corporate functions including HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operations, optimizing business processes and aligning with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of technology solutions for core corporate functions
• Partner with business units to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Conduct solution reviews, risk assessments, and technical validation throughout project delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and enhance productivity
• Work with Enterprise Architecture teams including data, infrastructure, and security to ensure solution alignment
• Drive transformation and instil best practices in a digitally native environment

Requirements

• Degree qualified
• Minimum 10 years of experience creating architecture roadmaps and operational models spanning Technology, Application and Data layers for complex, high-available systems in Web, Mobile and ERP environments
• At least 5 years as a Solutions Architect with experience architecting ERP applications and integrating them with different applications within the IT Landscape
• TOGAF certification
• SAFe (Architect) certification
• Experience in cloud architectures or cloud-native applications design and development for ERP solutions
• Experience with Oracle ERP and OIC preferred
