Job Summary

This role leads enterprise architecture efforts within a defined scope, managing solution design, architectural roadmaps, and standards. Requirements

• Experience in architecture governance and technology investment planning.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and coordinate teams.
• Experience managing architecture programmes across a broad scope.
• Skilled in developing team capability across multiple architecture domains.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted architecture decisions and responsible AI design.
• Familiarity with agentic engineering, orchestration, and AI-assisted development.
• Experience with AI output quality assurance and AI-assisted automation and prototyping.
• Competence in context engineering and agentic AI day-to-day practice.
• Expertise in customer success management, business transformation, and consultative selling.
