Job Summary
Revolution Technical Services is seeking Solar PV and BESS Engineers and Technicians to support technical service and project activities in Jordan. The role involves installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems across project sites.
Responsibilities
- Install, test, commission, and troubleshoot Solar PV and BESS systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on renewable energy systems
- Supervise sites and execute project activities
- Conduct electrical inspections, testing, and quality checks
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- Prepare technical reports and service documentation
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams
- Ensure compliance with HSE, safety, and quality requirements
Must haves
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 2–8 years of relevant experience in Solar PV, BESS, Electrical Projects, Commissioning, Testing, O&M, or Technical Service
- Hands-on experience in renewable energy or electrical projects
Nice to haves
- Practical experience with Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Knowledge of inverters, PCS, EMS, SCADA, transformers, and monitoring systems
- Experience in commissioning and field service
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
