Software Integration Engineer – Middle East

Job Summary

The Software Integration Engineer role at Applied Intuition involves delivering integrated software and hardware system features that fulfill customer requirements, ensuring seamless system integration for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-system features combining software and hardware to meet customer needs
• Engage directly with customers onsite to identify use-cases and manage integration projects
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, software, mechanical, and electrical teams for system development and deployment
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of system architecture and software-hardware interactions
• Design and set up test rigs for end-to-end system testing and validation
• Test and troubleshoot component integrations to ensure system reliability

Must haves

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software integration or development
• Knowledge of electronic systems setup and debugging
• Experience in developing or testing software applications
• Software development skills in Python or C/C++
• Familiarity with Linux development and Bash scripting

Nice to haves

• Experience in automotive industry technologies such as CAN, LIN, Ethernet, Simulink, AUTOSAR
• Experience working directly with customers to deliver projects
• Experience with software development for large projects including CI/CD and release processes
• Familiarity with embedded systems software development
• Skills in related areas like CAD/3D printing and PCB design
