Social Media Specialist

Job Summary

Marketedia seeks a creative social media specialist to develop social media strategies, create marketing plans, produce innovative content, plan and manage photo shoots and advertising campaigns, and analyze performance to achieve client objectives and strengthen their digital presence.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media channels and create innovative content and ideas aligned with client identity and target audience.
• Develop social media strategies and marketing plans for clients, including goal setting, audience targeting, and content planning.
• Prepare mood boards and define visual and creative direction for content and photo shoots.
• Plan, coordinate and manage photo shoot sessions while ensuring creative objectives are met.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns and monitor their performance.
• Track trends, news, events and relevant occasions to create appropriate content.
• Write and develop content for various platforms including posts, reels, stories and interactive content.
• Prepare periodic performance reports, analyze results and propose improvements to enhance content and account performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media accounts and content creation.
• Proficiency in developing creative content and generating campaign ideas for digital platforms.
• Strong knowledge of social media strategies and marketing plan development.
• Ability to prepare mood boards and develop creative direction for photo shoots and content.
• Strong planning, organization and coordination skills for managing photo shoot sessions.
• Good awareness of current trends and developments in social media platforms.
• Performance analysis and reporting skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to transform ideas into distinctive content.
