Job Summary
This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing Service Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions within ServiceNow, focusing on optimizing PPM, Demand Management, APM, and Resource Management to meet business goals and ensure governance.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and administer various ServiceNow SPM modules.
- Support integration between ServiceNow SPM and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and Integration Hub.
- Implement best practices to optimize workflows, automate processes, and establish governance frameworks in ServiceNow.
- Participate in requirement gathering and conduct functional analysis to align business needs with portfolio management capabilities.
- Configure applications, business rules, workflows, and automation scripts using ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide, and Business Rules.
- Assist in testing, deployment, and change management of new SPM implementations ensuring they meet functional, financial, and strategic requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to portfolio management processes, dashboards, and integrations.
- Maintain documentation for SPM configurations, customizations, integrations, and governance structures while ensuring compliance with security and data governance policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- 6 to 10 years of work experience.
- Knowledge in Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Applications, and Data Analysis.
