Senior Wet Utilities Engineer

Job Summary

ARX is seeking a Senior Wet Utilities Engineer for its Riyadh office to design, plan, and oversee wet utility systems for infrastructure projects. The role involves hydraulic calculations, network modelling, compliance with local standards, and coordination across engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and oversee the design of wet utility systems for infrastructure projects
• Perform and review hydraulic calculations, network modelling, pipe sizing, and engineering analyses for wet utility systems
• Ensure wet utilities designs comply with local regulations, standards, and best practices
• Coordinate with project managers and other engineering disciplines to integrate wet utility systems into overall project designs
• Manage utility corridors, crossings, connections, diversions, and interfaces with other infrastructure disciplines
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, plans, and documentation
• Review designs and technical deliverables from engineers, designers, and BIM/CAD teams
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members

Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects with focus on wet utilities
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in KSA
• Strong knowledge of wet utility systems design and construction practices
• Strong knowledge of KSA codes, standards, and utility authority requirements
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, WaterGEMS, and SewerGEMS

• Proficiency in Arabic
