Senior Specialist – Hospitality Digital Systems & Data (Saudi National)

Job Summary

The Senior Specialist – Hospitality Digital Systems & Data will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, maintain digital system integrity, support automation, and translate technical data into user-friendly insights to aid decision-making. The role also involves supporting digital tool rollout, training, documentation, and troubleshooting to ensure alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Define and support development of digital platform structures and data models ensuring scalability and alignment with business and reporting needs.
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into system configurations and digital solutions.
• Administer and maintain digital systems and data environments ensuring accuracy, accessibility, governance, and compliance with business standards.
• Support reporting and analytics by structuring data, enabling integration, and contributing to dashboards and visualizations like Power BI.
• Develop and support automation of data processes and workflows using Microsoft tools and scripting languages such as Power Automate, Python, and SQL.
• Manage document control platforms like Aconex ensuring compliance and effective information management.
• Translate technical outputs into clear, user-friendly formats for reporting, documentation, and communication.
• Provide training, guidance, and troubleshooting to end-users to promote effective use of systems and tools.

Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital systems, data platforms, or reporting environments, preferably in project or delivery settings.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 suite including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Automate for integrated workflows.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online including site structure, permissions, content management, and platform configuration.
• Familiarity with Windows Server and IIS for managing SharePoint environments.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting such as Power Automate, Python, and SQL.

Nice to haves

• Certifications in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or data analytics tools.
• Professional membership or certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent.
• Experience with dashboards, reporting, and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Familiarity with project and document management platforms such as Aconex, Microsoft Project, or Primavera.
