Senior Solution Architect

Job Summary

The Senior Solution Architect at Salesforce leads complex customer engagements within the Professional Services team, ensuring architectural strategy and execution align with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding and collaborate with Consultants, Architects, and Project Managers to achieve customer success.
• Translate executive-level business and functional requirements into scalable process designs and solution architectures.
• Promote the use of AI tools and Salesforce’s Agentforce platform to automate workflows and enhance customer experiences.
• Develop prototypes, proofs of concept, and mockups to clarify complex business requirements.
• Define and manage user stories and solution specifications within agile sprints for technical teams.
• Advise on Salesforce Platform capabilities, solution architecture, environment management, and user acceptance testing.
• Establish and maintain trust with key stakeholders, resolving complex strategic and technical challenges.
• Ensure architectural integrity and executive alignment while fostering a high-performance team culture.

Must haves

• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise software roles such as Solution Architect, Functional Architect, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst.
• Proven success delivering solutions in the Media and/or Telecommunications industries.
• Ability to analyze, design, and optimize enterprise business processes through technology.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools and understanding of AI technologies like Agentforce to transform business operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including documentation of requirements and architectures.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency preferred for the Saudi Arabia / MENA market.
• Capability to work independently and within distributed Agile/Scrum teams.
• Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally based on customer needs.

Nice to haves

• Active Salesforce Certifications and hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform declarative features.
• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, EPC) or Communications Cloud.
• Knowledge of design thinking and experience as a Certified Product Owner (CSPO).
• Background in senior consulting roles at top-tier consultancies or global system integrators.
