Senior React & React Native Developer

Job Summary

Bytech seeks a Senior React & React Native Developer to develop and maintain professional web and mobile applications using React.js and React Native. The role involves taking ownership of features and projects from development through production, with responsibility for understanding complete systems, making technical decisions, and delivering clean, scalable, production-ready applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using React.js and React Native for iOS and Android platforms
• Take ownership of assigned features and projects from development through production
• Make solid technical decisions and solve complex problems across web and mobile projects
• Review code and suggest better technical solutions to team members
• Work on E-Learning, LMS, EdTech, SaaS, ERP, and Project Management systems
• Handle mobile builds, releases, and deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store
• Ensure applications support Arabic/English and RTL/LTR layouts
• Optimize performance for both web and mobile applications

Must haves

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with strong production experience in both React.js and React Native
• Strong expertise in React.js and hands-on experience with React Native for both iOS and Android
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript ES6+ and TypeScript
• Solid experience with REST APIs and backend integrations
• Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API
• Strong experience with Git and GitHub

Nice to haves

• Previous experience with E-Learning, LMS, or EdTech platforms including online courses, student and teacher dashboards, course enrollment, learning progress tracking, assessments, quizzes, and interactive activities
• Experience with SCORM, H5P, or Interactive Content
• Experience with Expo, React Native CLI, Firebase, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Node.js, or NestJS
• Experience with Moodle or similar LMS platforms
