Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary

The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise software solutions by reviewing documentation, designing tests, and collaborating with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Review BRD, SRS, and High-Level Design documents.
• Perform requirements traceability for regression testing.
• Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) alongside the Integration Team.
• Design and execute test scenarios and test cases.
• Document test results and maintain QA records accurately.
• Identify, report, and track bugs and defects using bug-tracking systems.
• Conduct re-testing and regression testing after defects are resolved.
• Prepare and submit final test reports to the QA Lead.
• Collaborate closely with technical, development, and integration teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant QA/Software Testing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SIT, Regression Testing, and Functional Testing.
• Experience developing test cases and test scenarios.
• Strong understanding of requirements traceability and defect management.
• Ability to analyze BRD, SRS, and HLD documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative environment.
• ISTQB certification is preferred.
