Senior Odoo Developer

Job Summary

Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP solutions tailored to business requirements. The role involves building custom modules in Python, integrating Odoo with external systems, and optimizing database performance using PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules aligned with business requirements.
• Build custom Odoo applications and features using Python.
• Customize Odoo models, views, workflows, reports, and business processes.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Odoo and external systems using APIs.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases and optimize queries as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo bugs, performance issues, and technical problems.
• Upgrade and migrate Odoo modules and customizations between versions.
• Configure and customize Odoo applications including Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, HR, and Project Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Odoo development.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo framework and ORM.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience developing custom Odoo modules and working with Odoo APIs and third-party integrations.
• Understanding of Git and software development best practices.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
