Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter)

Job Summary

The Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter) will design and develop mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter, collaborating with various teams to deliver efficient and responsive apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality mobile apps using Flutter for Android and iOS platforms.
• Work with backend developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to create responsive applications.
• Convert design mockups and business needs into functional features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Optimize app performance for speed and responsiveness.
• Research and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure app stability.
• Write and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests for code quality.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience building and releasing Flutter applications in production.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter framework and Dart language.
• Experience with third-party libraries, APIs, and RESTful services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with state management solutions like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
• Experience with mobile databases such as SQLite or Hive.
• Good understanding of Git and version control workflows like GitFlow.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter.
• Knowledge of platform-specific integrations and native mobile development is a plus.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.
• Experience with testing tools like Mockito, Flutter Driver, or integration tests.
• Understanding of secure mobile app development and data protection best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
