Senior – Mid DevOps Engineer – Integration

Job Summary

Kensoftware seeks a hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer to own integration infrastructure, deployment processes, cloud environments, and production operations. The role involves designing CI/CD pipelines, managing multi-environment deployments, and ensuring reliable cloud infrastructure and database management.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows
• Manage development, testing, staging, and production environments
• Support APIs, web services, middleware, and system integrations
• Manage cloud infrastructure, servers, networking, security, and availability
• Provision, secure, monitor, and maintain cloud databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis
• Manage database backups, recovery, failover, connection management, and schema migrations
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions
• Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, connectivity, database, and production issues

Must haves

• 3 – 5 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, or similar role
• Strong experience with CI/CD, Git, Linux/Windows Server, APIs, networking, and system integrations
• Hands-on experience with relational or NoSQL databases, including backup/restore and schema migrations
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong scripting skills using Bash, PowerShell, Python, or similar languages

Nice to haves

• Experience with AWS RDS, Azure SQL, or other managed cloud databases
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK or similar tools
• Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
• Experience with API gateways, middleware, message brokers, and multiple client integrations
