Job Summary
WSP in the Middle East seeks a Senior / Principal Mechanical Engineer with 10–15+ years of experience to lead design review, technical assurance, and construction supervision of major aviation projects in Amman, Jordan, ensuring compliance with international standards and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct design review and technical assurance for major aviation projects
- Oversee construction supervision to ensure compliance with international standards and project specifications
- Manage coordination and communication with consultants, contractors, and clients throughout project delivery
- Ensure all work meets client requirements and aviation project standards
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of Mechanical Engineering experience
- Mandatory airport / aviation project experience
- Proven experience in design review and construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, fire protection, and mechanical building services systems
- Experience working with consultants, contractors, and clients throughout project delivery
- Familiarity with international aviation standards and Middle East projects is preferred
- Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
