Senior Marketing Lead

Job Summary

Herfeh is hiring its first in-house Senior Marketing Lead to own marketing across an e-commerce website and mobile app. This is a player-coach role where you will execute marketing yourself from day one while building and leading a team as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategy and production across channels, including user-generated content
• Plan, execute, manage budgets, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and geo-targeted platforms
• Source, outreach, and coordinate with influencers
• Enhance website and storefront features to support conversion and brand objectives
• Develop seller and company profile pages for Palestinian and Jordanian sellers
• Coordinate with external marketing partners and transition efforts in-house over time
• Track and report performance metrics including traffic, conversion, CAC, and ROAS
• Recruit and build a marketing team as the function grows

Must haves

• 4+ years of marketing experience with hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google
• Experience marketing both an e-commerce business and a mobile app, understanding funnels for each
• Ability to create and direct content yourself, not just brief others
• Active use of AI marketing tools in day-to-day work for content generation, ad optimization, and analytics
• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken
• Self-starter mentality with experience doing more with less resources

Nice to haves

• Experience with Shopify
• Experience with multi-vendor or marketplace platforms
• Experience with MENA e-commerce
