Job Summary
Lead land cost modelling and financial analysis for a major development project in Saudi Arabia. You will manage detailed cost allocation work, conduct subsidy scenario modelling, and translate complex financial data into strategic business insights to support masterplanning decisions across multiple districts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage city-wide and district-level land cost modelling and allocation
- Review data accuracy and conduct subsidy scenario modelling with sensitivity analysis
- Translate complex financial data into concise summaries for executive decision-making
- Support development and enhancement of land cost model structure
- Conduct land valuation and financial analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Coordinate across Implementation, Cost Planning, Master Planning and other business units
- Contribute to land sale strategy, transactions and commercial deal structuring
- Challenge assumptions and provide recommendations to improve investment outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Urban Development, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in real estate, infrastructure development or development finance
- Advanced Excel and modelling capability
- Strong understanding of land development lifecycle, infrastructure delivery and subdivision
- Understanding of land valuation principles, cost planning and land use classifications
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving capability
- Ability to synthesize technical and financial inputs
- Experience in land economics, infrastructure advisory or master development strongly preferred
