Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer in the Developer Experience team, you will bridge software development, testing, and operations by designing and maintaining infrastructure systems that support Unifonic’s communication and engagement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and enhance CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Configure company products to meet functional and technical requirements, including integration interfaces, web services, and transport protocols.
• Troubleshoot and remediate issues affecting infrastructure and systems integration and operations.
• Ensure 24x7x365 high availability of messaging, voice, and email gateways, and assess emergencies with recommended solutions.
• Write and deploy scripts across environments to automate day-to-day operations.
• Maintain server configuration, monitor jobs, and manage infrastructure documentation in cloud environments such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Collaborate with offshore teams and partner networks on a daily basis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in a Professional Services or Enterprise DevOps role.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), configuration management (Ansible), and programming language (Python).
• Experience with logging systems (Elastic Stack) and CI/CD tools (DroneCI, Argo CD).
• Knowledge of network protocols and standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related IT field.
• Ability to interface regularly with offshore teams on a daily basis.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
