Senior Data Management & Power BI Specialist

Job Summary

The Senior Data Management & Power BI Specialist will lead data management efforts and create Power BI solutions to support business decision-making. This role requires expertise in data governance, quality, and analytics, with fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Apply data management practices including governance, quality, metadata, and lifecycle management
• Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data use cases aligned with business goals
• Establish KPIs to evaluate data value and impact of data initiatives
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical tools
• Build and optimize data models using DAX, Power Query, and SQL
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting sources
• Communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Document processes and assist in knowledge transfer to business users

Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Business Analytics, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in data management, business intelligence, and analytics
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and realizing data value
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and SQL
• Ability to convert business needs into dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights
• Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English

Nice to haves

• Familiarity with Saudi National Data Management Office (NDMO) standards
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and data integration
• Certifications such as CDMP or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
