Job Summary
The Senior Consultant leads frontend development for Government Digital Products, focusing on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-quality user interfaces and digital experiences. The role supports multiple products to enhance customer experience and ensure timely delivery of product enhancements aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of scalable, maintainable, and responsive frontend applications.
- Set frontend development standards, frameworks, and best practices.
- Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces consistent across products and platforms.
- Collaborate with design teams to improve usability and customer satisfaction.
- Lead frontend delivery for new product features and enhancements, working with product managers and stakeholders.
- Support quality assurance through code reviews, testing, and defect resolution.
- Monitor and optimize frontend application performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with backend, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver integrated digital solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in Frontend Development, Web Application Development, Digital Products, or related domains.
