Senior Consultant – Development

Job Summary

This role leads frontend development efforts for Government Digital Products, focusing on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-quality user interfaces and digital experiences. It supports multiple products to enhance customer experience and ensure timely delivery aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable, and responsive frontend applications.
• Establish and maintain frontend development standards, frameworks, and best practices.
• Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces aligned with enterprise design standards.
• Collaborate with design teams to improve usability and customer satisfaction.
• Lead frontend delivery for new product features and enhancements, ensuring timely implementation.
• Support quality assurance through code reviews, testing, and defect resolution.
• Monitor and optimize frontend application performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, DevOps, and product teams for integrated digital solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
• 6–8 years of experience in Frontend Development, Web Application Development, Digital Products, or related domains.
