Senior Business Process Excellence

Job Summary

The Senior Business Process Excellence role focuses on leading enterprise-wide process improvements, operating model transformations, governance, and enhancing operational efficiency across business and technology areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform As-Is process assessments and design To-Be processes with improvement roadmaps.
• Create end-to-end process architectures including hierarchies, landscapes, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Establish process governance frameworks defining ownership, accountability, and decision rights.
• Develop Target Operating Models (TOMs) encompassing processes, people, governance, technology, and responsibilities.
• Promote process standardisation, simplification, optimisation, and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for digitalisation, workflow automation, and technology enablement.
• Define KPIs, SLAs, and frameworks for performance measurement.
• Lead cross-functional workshops and translate business needs into implementable solutions.
• Support transformation initiatives from assessment and design through to implementation.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Process Excellence, Operational Excellence, or Business Transformation.
• Strong practical knowledge of BPM, process architecture, process optimisation, and TOM design.
• Demonstrated experience in process governance, standardisation, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with automation, digitalisation, and workflow optimisation.
• Effective stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across Business, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Lean Six Sigma, BPM, CBPP, or similar certification is advantageous.
