Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for understanding complex business challenges, defining clear business and solution requirements, and translating objectives into actionable outcomes for various stakeholders including Product, UX/UI, Architecture, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery phases to identify core business problems and conduct stakeholder workshops
• Perform AS-IS and TO-BE process analysis using BPMN, conduct gap analysis, and contribute to business case development
• Ensure quality of requirements including business rules, functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability
• Collaborate with technical teams on systems, APIs, integrations, and data without needing to be a developer
• Support Agile delivery processes such as refinement, sprints, UAT, and validate that solutions provide value
• Mentor junior and mid-level Business Analysts and enhance BA standards

Requirements

• 6+ years of Business Analyst experience in tech, SaaS, digital transformation, or enterprise systems
• Proven ownership of complex initiatives throughout the full project lifecycle
• Experience with Agile methodologies, enterprise applications, integrations, and APIs
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, IT, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, Visio/Lucidchart, Figma, Swagger/Postman, and basic SQL
• Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA and experience with government, regulated sectors, or GCC/KSA projects are advantageous
