Senior Analyst – DevOps Release Management

Job Summary

As a Senior Analyst in the DevOps team, you will streamline software development processes by integrating development and operations, implementing automation tools, and fostering collaboration. The role focuses on infrastructure management, deployment pipeline automation, and ensuring efficient, reliable, and secure software delivery throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of software releases across multiple environments.
• Manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure to support development and production environments.
• Implement incident management processes and conduct post-incident reviews to prevent future occurrences.
• Automate repetitive tasks using configuration management tools to ensure consistency across environments.
• Monitor and optimize cloud and infrastructure costs while maintaining performance and reliability.
• Foster collaboration between development, product, and cross-functional teams through communication and training.
• Participate in strategic planning and roadmap development for DevOps initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
• At least 3 years of work experience as a DevOps Engineer or in release management.
• Ample knowledge and experience in system automation, deployment, and implementation.
• Strong ability to work with remote teams.
• Experience with Linux, Windows, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and AWS Code Deploy.
• Experience with SaaS, Python, Shell scripting, and Git.
• Knowledge of distributed data systems such as Elasticsearch and Cassandra.
• Experience configuring and automating monitoring tools such as Elastic APM and DebugDiag.
