Job Summary

The Senior Analyst role at Boston Consulting Group involves supporting long-term implementation and transformation projects, helping clients turn strategies into measurable business outcomes through execution and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead key modules within implementation and transformation programs.
• Translate strategic recommendations into actionable plans, align stakeholders, and ensure initiatives achieve measurable impact.
• Apply structured analytical thinking and business transformation principles to practical scenarios.
• Support organizational design strategies including processes, governance, roles, and performance management.
• Manage execution of project components such as prioritization, business case development, and value tracking.
• Analyze opportunities for process improvement based on business and financial impact.
• Communicate effectively with case teams and client members.
• Drive process enhancements, change management, and capability building during implementation.

Requirements

• 2+ years consulting experience in operations, implementation, or transformation preferred; alternatively, 2+ years industry experience required, 3-6+ years preferred.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into action.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Python, SQL, and modern analytical/AI tools is a plus.
