Senior AI Presales Specialist

Job Summary

The Senior AI Presales Specialist supports commercial and business development efforts related to AI by collaborating with clients and internal teams to identify AI use cases and lead technical presales activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client discovery sessions, workshops, and technical discussions to gather business and technical requirements
• Identify AI use cases that provide measurable business value
• Develop high-level AI solution concepts based on client needs
• Lead technical presales activities including proposals, RFPs, presentations, demonstrations, and PoCs
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to qualify AI opportunities
• Prepare technical contributions for RFPs, tenders, proposals, and bids
• Create solution descriptions, technical approaches, and implementation concepts
• Present AI solutions and demonstrations to technical and executive stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in technology, consulting, solution engineering, presales, or related fields
• Strong background in AI Presales, AI Consulting, Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture, or Technical Presales
• Experience engaging directly with enterprise or government clients
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience leading or supporting complex technology sales opportunities
• Proficiency in technical proposals, RFPs, tenders, and bid responses
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong practical knowledge in areas such as Generative AI, Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, AI Agents, Machine Learning, NLP, Document Intelligence, Vector Databases, AI APIs, Cloud AI Platforms, Enterprise Integration, Data Platforms, Prompt Engineering, AI Security and Governance, and Solution Architecture
• Hands-on AI development experience is beneficial but not the primary focus
