SAP FICO Sr. Consultant

Job Summary

The SAP FICO Sr. Consultant will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions aligned with clients’ finance and controlling processes. This full-time role is based on-site in Amman.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and configuration of SAP FICO modules to meet client requirements.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to SAP functionalities.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of SAP FICO solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.
• Conduct system testing and support data migration and integration efforts.
• Provide user training and post-go-live support.
• Implement continuous process improvements.
• Contribute to proposals and solution roadmaps for clients.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in SAP FICO including Finance and Controlling modules with implementation and support experience.
• Hands-on experience with CO-PA and controlling functionalities for profitability analysis and reporting.
• Deep understanding of finance and accounting business processes such as record-to-report, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay.
• Advanced analytical skills to translate complex business needs into SAP solutions and financial reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; SAP certifications are advantageous.
• Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations, preferably in banking, telecommunications, enterprise, or government sectors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to mentor junior team members.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills and Middle East regional experience are beneficial.
