Salesforce Technical Lead

Job Summary

The Salesforce Technical Lead will manage the technical delivery of a large-scale Salesforce program in Saudi Arabia, collaborating with various stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce workstreams from design through deployment to go-live.
• Conduct technical discovery and design sessions with clients to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and documentation.
• Provide guidance on technical roadmap, architecture, and platform to project teams and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor developers, delegate tasks, review work, and maintain coding standards.
• Manage the development lifecycle including planning, risk management, timelines, and resourcing.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and clients to align technical delivery with project goals and budgets.
• Serve as a technical liaison between development teams, project leadership, and client stakeholders.
• Drive agile/Scrum delivery and adapt technical plans as project requirements evolve.

Must haves

• 10+ years in consulting or technology, including 7+ years with Salesforce.
• Experience as a Technical Lead or Architect on enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Strong skills in designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions and integrations.
• Proven track record with agile/iterative Salesforce project delivery.
• Ability to lead technical design sessions and produce technical documentation.
• Active Salesforce certifications or willingness to obtain them.

Nice to haves

• Arabic language skills.
• Experience with Amadeus Digital Integration Hub and related technologies.
• Knowledge of Kafka/Confluent event streaming and Amadeus Web Services integration.
• Background in travel, aviation, hospitality, or experience delivering projects in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
