Sales Representative – Corrugated Cardboard

Job Summary

Develop and manage sales of corrugated cardboard and packaging solutions for a leading Jordanian manufacturer. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, visiting customers, building relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful order processing and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers in the corrugated cardboard and packaging sector.
• Visit existing and prospective customers to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Promote and sell corrugated cardboard and packaging products based on customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, offers, and follow up on customer orders throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms within company guidelines.
• Coordinate with production, planning, and other internal departments regarding customer orders and requirements.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, address concerns, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and submit regular performance reports to management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in B2B sales is required, preferably in corrugated cardboard, packaging, paper, printing, or related industrial sectors.
• Good understanding of the corrugated cardboard and packaging market is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driving license is required due to regular customer visits.
• Good command of English is preferred.
• Proactive, confident, commercially minded approach with established market connections preferred.
