Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Sales Executive identifies and pursues new business opportunities for YALJ Group’s real estate and agricultural offerings. The role involves managing client relationships, preparing proposals, conducting meetings and site visits, and negotiating contracts while collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads to build and manage sales pipeline
• Prepare proposals and presentations for client meetings
• Conduct client meetings and site visits
• Negotiate contracts within approved guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales activities with marketing and operational capabilities
• Track performance against sales targets
• Provide regular reporting and market feedback to management

Requirements

• Strong skills in sales prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in client relationship management, including needs assessment, solution selling, and long-term account development
• Ability to prepare and deliver clear proposals and presentations, and negotiate commercial terms within defined policies
• Familiarity with real estate or agricultural sectors, including basic understanding of property development or agribusiness operations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work cross-functionally and represent the company professionally
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including use of CRM tools and basic MS Office applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial
