Job Summary
The Retail Strategy Senior Lead will support retail banking strategy, transformation, business performance, and governance initiatives by collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive strategic programs and provide management insights.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing Retail Banking strategy and transformation projects.
- Lead and manage strategic programs, projects, and PMO functions.
- Monitor KPIs, business performance, milestones, risks, issues, and delivery status.
- Create management information, dashboards, reports, and executive presentations.
- Analyze business performance, financial data, and key business drivers.
- Support business planning, performance enhancement, and cost optimization efforts.
- Coordinate sales performance and incentive management activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, or related field.
- At least 12 years of relevant banking experience, preferably in Retail Banking.
- Experience in Strategy, Transformation, PMO, Business Management, or Performance Management.
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Retail Banking products, services, and processes.
- Proficient in KPI/MI reporting, dashboards, and performance management.
- Good understanding of project/program governance and delivery tracking.
- Strong skills in business, financial, and data analysis.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and executive-level reporting.
- Effective presentation, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in process improvement, change management, or sales incentive management is desirable.
