Reporting Insights Analyst

Job Summary

The Reporting Insights Analyst supports data-driven decisions in Network Operations by delivering insights, reports, and analytical frameworks. The role involves developing dashboards and metrics to monitor network performance, cost, service, and delivery outcomes, while applying advanced analytics and supporting AI/ML capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, test, and implement reporting solutions and dashboards to improve network visibility.
• Develop and maintain analytics pipelines and visualization platforms including Looker, Tableau, and Looker ML.
• Collaborate with data, digital, and operations teams to ensure scalable and integrated solutions aligned with business needs.
• Enhance reporting frameworks to incorporate AI/ML insights and simulation tools.
• Ensure reporting accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data governance standards.
• Translate complex operational and financial data into clear reports for various stakeholders.
• Prepare and integrate large datasets from sources like GCP, SQL, and internal/external systems for consistency.
• Support predictive analytics, scenario modelling, and optimisation analyses to inform decisions and improve operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in analytics, tool development, or operations support in logistics, supply chain, or network environments.
• Experience with performance reporting and incentive frameworks, preferably in delivery or logistics.
• Proficiency in Tableau and Looker; experience with Looker ML is a plus.
• Familiarity with Python, R, or other analytics languages is advantageous.
• Knowledge of logistics operations, network planning, and key performance drivers.
• Experience in Agile environments using Jira, GitLab, and Confluence for work management and documentation.
• Awareness of AI/ML applications in analytics and collaboration with Data Solutions or AI teams.
• Exposure to digital transformation initiatives in data, forecasting, or automation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and operational teams.
