Regional Solutions Delivery Architect

Job Summary

Iron Mountain seeks a Solutions Delivery Architect to join the Professional Services team as the design authority for customer solutions within your geographic region. You will partner with Solution Architects to validate standardized designs, mentor functional architects and business analysts, and ensure solution integrity throughout implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the post-sale design journey, from requirements validation through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), acceptance, and handover, ensuring designs cover functional, non-functional, security, and operational requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and support to the regional Professional Services team across solution domains including Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML)-powered automation, custom development, and low-code/no-code configuration and orchestration.
• Assess and authorize any design changes during implementation to maintain solution integrity.
• Partner with the global Enterprise Architecture team to develop and apply standard reference architectures and design patterns.
• Collaborate with peers in the technical pre-sales community, the global Enterprise Architecture team, and regional operations as a trusted solution design partner.

Requirements

• Proven track record of designing and fulfilling best-in-class global digital solutions across multiple successful client engagements.
• Specialist-level knowledge and technical competency in Content/Information Management technologies, including Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and Workflow Orchestration.
• Strong customer engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to establish technical credentials and trust across senior technical communities within a complex, global matrixed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant Cloud or Architecture certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud Architect, TOGAF, ZACHMAN) are strongly desired.
• Approximately 50% regional travel for customer engagements and operational support.
