Project Site Engineer

Job Summary

The Project Site Engineer will oversee on-site activities for solar PV installation projects, ensuring compliance with engineering designs, quality standards, and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations for solar photovoltaic installation projects.
• Verify that installation work adheres to approved engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, suppliers, and project management to facilitate project progress.
• Track project progress, identify delays, and assist in implementing corrective measures.
• Perform site inspections to confirm quality standards are met.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV systems.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain site documentation and technical updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in site engineering, project execution, or construction supervision.
• Experience with solar PV installations, renewable energy, or EPC projects preferred.
• Understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and installation procedures.
• Familiarity with project scheduling, site coordination, and quality control.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to construction and electrical sites.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and engineering tools is advantageous.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work on project sites and travel within Jordan as needed.
• Good command of English and Arabic languages.
