Project Manager Consultant – Workplace Wellbeing Technology

Job Summary

Lead projects across the full lifecycle in workplace wellbeing technology, from concept through implementation. Manage client relationships, develop proposals, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial concept and proposal development through implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and closure.
• Translate client requirements into clear project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, budgets, and implementation schedules.
• Prepare professional technical and commercial proposals and RFP responses.
• Coordinate project kick-off meetings and maintain regular communication with clients, partners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project performance, quality, budgets, risks, and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate phased project rollouts, training sessions, onboarding activities, and change-management initiatives.
• Contribute to improving project management processes, tools, templates, and reporting systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, consulting, professional services, or a related environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects across the complete project lifecycle.
• Experience preparing and submitting official proposals and RFP responses.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Strong proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
• Experience in workplace wellbeing, employee engagement, mental health, healthcare, human resources, or related projects (preferred).
• Experience working with consultancy firms, government entities, or large corporate clients (preferred).
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region (preferred).
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
