Project Engineer

Job Summary

The Project Engineer is responsible for the technical execution and successful delivery of pumping system projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, estimates, and monitor progress against milestones.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements throughout project execution.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to track deliverables, procurement activities, and material deliveries.
• Manage interdisciplinary coordination to achieve project objectives within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Participate in technical meetings with customers and suppliers, including HAZOP, P&ID, and 3D Model Reviews.
• Coordinate preparation and issuance of project documentation, specifications, plans, and requisitions.
• Identify, control, and monitor project changes and process change orders.
• Support production activities and conduct weekly project reviews with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Engineering; Project Management specialization preferred.
• PMP Certification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the Energy & Infrastructure sector or related industries.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and planning tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with customers, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and support international assignments.
• Effective decision-making, teamwork, and coordination skills.
