Project Account Manager

Job Summary

The Project Account Manager (PAM) leads solution consulting and business support for large construction jobsites, managing projects from start to finish while promoting Hilti’s products and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage large construction jobsites as the main contact from project inception to completion.
• Develop understanding of relevant applications and recommend appropriate trade-specific solutions.
• Demonstrate products effectively and communicate their value proposition.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at jobsites and drive key initiatives.
• Conduct seminars, trainings, and workshops to raise awareness of Hilti products and technologies.
• Troubleshoot challenges faced by contractors on site.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Identify growth opportunities and propose actions to improve business performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and coordinate with Sold-to Account Managers for account receivables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-3 years of sales experience in the construction industry.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Experience handling construction jobsites.
• Strong product demonstration and presentation skills.
• Good collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
• Business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships.
• Proficiency in handling technical and commercial tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
