Product Program Manager (Riyadh)

Job Summary

The Product Program Manager at MemryX Inc. in Riyadh will coordinate and plan the development of AI inference products, working cross-functionally to align teams and track progress from requirements to release.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain integrated schedules for chip, module, accelerator card, platform, and software product development.
• Define milestones, deliverables, owners, dependencies, decision points, and target dates based on program goals.
• Monitor progress, identify scheduling conflicts or gaps, and escalate risks with clear recommendations.
• Assist in scenario planning when priorities, resources, or requirements change.
• Organize recurring program reviews and working sessions across teams in Riyadh, Taiwan, and the US.
• Prepare meeting agendas, document decisions, maintain action and risk logs, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Integrate hardware, software, validation, compliance, manufacturing, documentation, packaging, and launch readiness activities.
• Facilitate resolution of interdependencies and blockers by connecting relevant stakeholders and information.
• Produce weekly status updates summarizing schedule, milestones, decisions, risks, and support needs.
• Keep accurate program records including schedules, notes, decisions, change history, and readiness checklists.
• Develop dashboards and metrics for milestone completion, schedule health, open actions, and launch readiness.
• Enhance planning templates and program management practices as the product portfolio grows.

Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree recently completed or expected soon in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, dates, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, presentations, project schedules, and collaboration tools; quick to learn new program management systems.
• Basic understanding of product development or engineering processes from coursework, projects, internships, or similar experiences.
• Analytical mindset with confidence to ask questions, clarify ownership, and raise schedule risks constructively.
• Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams and occasionally attend meetings across time zones.

Nice to haves

• Internship, co-op, capstone, or project experience in semiconductors, electronics, embedded systems, AI, software, manufacturing, or related technical field.
• Familiarity with project-planning methods such as schedules, Gantt charts, critical paths, risk tracking, or Agile development.
• Knowledge of semiconductor or electronics product development stages including design, prototype builds, validation, qualification, manufacturing readiness, and launch.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary university projects, engineering teams, competitions, events, or student organizations.
• Interest in AI inference, edge computing, semiconductor technology, and building efficient systems for real-world deployment.
