Product Manager – Proptech

Job Summary

The Product Manager – Proptech will lead the development and management of real estate technology products, overseeing the full product lifecycle and integrating physical real estate operations with digital solutions to enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends.
• Develop business model strategies to maximize value, including identifying new monetization opportunities and improving pricing or operational efficiency.
• Redesign and improve the end-to-end product experience by mapping user workflows and removing friction points.
• Manage UX optimization and design micro-experiences to increase user engagement and satisfaction.
• Lead service design and delivery, ensuring effective collaboration between digital platforms and property operations.
• Provide strategic leadership by mentoring team members, managing stakeholder expectations, and supporting data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience focused on PropTech, real estate software, B2B SaaS, or marketplace platforms.
• Proven ability to own product roadmaps, develop business model strategies, and scale digital products from concept to market.
• Strong expertise in user experience principles, journey mapping, and converting complex operational services into smooth digital workflows.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience aligning cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, and sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Real Estate, or a related technical or analytical field, or equivalent practical experience.
