Product Manager · AI & Innovation Lead

Job Summary

Lead product strategy and AI innovation for Bayanat, a regional banking technology company. Own the AI product portfolio, drive strategic transformation across divisions, and take AI offerings to market across Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, and Syria.

Responsibilities

• Own AI product strategy, positioning, and program management for Bayanat’s AI portfolio
• Define and maintain the full product roadmap for 2026–2027 in partnership with delivery and sales teams
• Manage AI startup partnerships: evaluate terms, structure agreements, and drive joint opportunities
• Package Bayanat’s services expertise into marketable products with pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy
• Produce client-facing datasheets, presentations, and sales collateral for the full portfolio
• Drive strategic transformation execution across all five divisions with structured programs and weekly tracking
• Study market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to identify new product and partnership opportunities
• Manage relationships with technology partners and service providers, renewing agreements and driving joint go-to-market initiatives

Must haves

• 7+ years in product management, business development, or innovation in a technology company
• Genuine passion for AI with demonstrated knowledge and experimentation in the space
• Experience carrying and growing a technology product portfolio commercially
• Strong business development instinct and ability to identify and build cases for opportunities
• Excellent English communication skills for proposals, presentations, and client conversations
• Arabic fluency and regional MENA market understanding

Nice to haves

• Background in banking technology, fintech, or financial services
• Experience with Oracle ecosystem, Backbase, Creatio, or similar banking technology platforms
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLMs, or AI product development
• Experience designing or managing go-to-market for SaaS or subscription products
