Product Engineer

Job Summary

As a Product Engineer at Sarj, you will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to understand client requirements, design and build tailored solutions using Sarj AI’s products, and manage the solution journey from initial client needs through delivery to Operations.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales to understand client requirements and desired outcomes
• Propose solutions using Sarj AI products and translate client needs into practical approaches
• Design, build, and integrate tailored solutions using Sarj AI technologies
• Prepare and deliver client demonstrations, addressing product, technical, and scope questions
• Gather client feedback and iterate on solutions based on requirements
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams when deeper technical input is needed
• Hand over completed projects to Operations with solution details and requirements
• Build websites and lightweight tools using modern AI-assisted and vibe-coding approaches

Must haves

• 1+ year of experience in Product, Engineering, Business Analysis, or similar role, preferably in technology or startup environments
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills, including Saudi dialect fluency
• Strong problem-solving skills and creative approach to building solutions
• Ability to take ownership of projects end to end
• Comfortable working directly with clients and presenting solutions
• Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies

Nice to haves

• Experience with APIs, integrations, or low-code/no-code tools
• Experience building prototypes, websites, or internal tools using AI-assisted coding
• Background in solutions, consulting, pre-sales, or other client-facing technical roles
