Product Engineers here own problems end to end. You spot the opportunity, you talk to the user, you plan it, and you ship it to production yourself.
This is not a ticket taking role and not a front end only role. You need to be genuinely full stack in TypeScript, comfortable talking to users, and able to judge what is worth building in the first place.
The team is small, lean and high skill, and what you ship goes straight to enterprise customers in the US, Europe and the GCC. The Amman engineering team is being built now, so you would be part of the cornerstone group here.
What you will do as a Product Engineer
- Identify product opportunities. Spot improvements worth making, based on customer pain or business potential
- Ship product features. Plan, prioritise and implement features end to end in full stack React and TypeScript
- Talk to the users. Learn the problem from the people who have it, with no layers in between
- Build the AI layer. Work on AI agents, LLM powered features and workflow automation that real enterprise customers use every day
What we are looking for
Please apply if you strongly match the following:
- At least 2 years building software products, ideally 3 to 5. You have shipped whole features or products to real users, not just closed tickets
- TypeScript is your daily working language in production, not a line in a skills list
- React on the front end, and a TypeScript backend. Node, NestJS, Fastify, tRPC, Bun or Hono all count. The language matters, the framework does not
- You have built applied AI, not just used it. AI agents, LLM powered product features, RAG, copilots or AI workflow automation that real users interact with. Using AI coding tools daily is not the same thing
- Product judgment. You can look at a customer problem and decide what is worth building, and what is not
- Comfortable talking to users directly. This is part of the job, not an occasional extra
- Excellent English. Clear in writing, confident on calls with enterprise customers in the US and Europe
- Based on site in Amman, Jordan, with some flexibility for customers across the US, Europe and the GCC
Nice to have
- Competitive programming background, ICPC or similar
- Experience at a YC backed company, or as a founding engineer at a startup with shipped product
- Open source contributions to AI projects such as LangChain, AI SDKs or agent frameworks
- Technical writing or a blog about work you have actually shipped

The company is backed by top investors and serves enterprise customers across the US, Europe and the GCC. The engineering team is small and moves quickly, and Product Engineers report directly to one of the co-founders.
Salary and compensation
The expected range is 2,500 to 3,500 JOD per month, depending on experience and overall fit.

Is this a front end role?
No. It is full stack in TypeScript. React on the front end, a TypeScript backend behind it, and you work across both.
Does my backend have to be Node or NestJS?
No. Any TypeScript backend counts, including Node, NestJS, Fastify, tRPC, Bun and Hono. What matters is that you write production TypeScript on the server, not which framework you picked.
Do I need to have built AI features already?
Yes. This is an AI native product, so we are looking for people who have shipped applied AI to real users: AI agents, LLM powered features, RAG, copilots or AI workflow automation. Using AI coding tools in your daily workflow is useful, but it is not the same as building AI into a product.
Is this Product Engineer role remote or on site?
On site in Amman, Jordan. You need to be based in Jordan and comfortable working from the office with the team. Amman hours are the base, with some flexibility when customers in the US, Europe or the GCC need it.
