Job Summary
As a Product Developer in BMC Helix Software’s AI Office team, you will develop prototypes and features for BMC Helix products while supporting customers in achieving their business objectives. You will engage in innovation-driven engineering activities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop MVPs and POCs, and design lab environments as part of AI Office engineering activities
- Conduct thorough problem analysis to resolve product-related issues according to BMC Helix support standards
- Provide training and enablement to Product Support TSAs, SEs, Partners and Customers
- Engage with Product Owners on requirements
