Job Summary
Support the sales team by designing technical solutions that address client requirements and align with company products and services. Gather technical specifications, develop solution designs, and prepare proposals and technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Collect technical requirements through site surveys, client meetings, and review of drawings and documents.
- Create solution designs, Bills of Quantities, proposals, and quotations.
- Prepare technical submittals, solution documentation, presentations, and required technical materials.
- Develop shop drawings, single-line diagrams, schematics, connectivity plans, and AutoCAD drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to secure technical approvals.
- Research emerging technologies and products, recommending suitable options to management.
- Evaluate new products and solutions, producing technical reports with recommendations.
- Collaborate with project and implementation teams to ensure solutions are deployed according to approved designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Design, or Technical Engineering.
- Understanding of low-current systems, networking, and related technologies.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and technical drawings.
- Strong technical documentation and presentation abilities.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and convert them into practical technical solutions.
- Technical knowledge in Smart Parking, Low Current Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Security), and Data Networking.
