Presales Solution Architect

Job Summary

A strategic presales role focused on designing enterprise-scale Data and AI solutions for customers. The position involves collaborating with customer leadership to develop technological transformation visions, conducting feasibility analyses, and creating business cases that drive contract wins and value realization for Atos.

Responsibilities

• Assess and collaborate with customer CXOs and Technology Leaders to build business outcome-driven technological transformation visions, SMART objectives, and program charters
• Define, design, and govern Enterprise Architecture covering business, technical, data, AI, and security domains using frameworks like TOGAF and Zachman
• Conduct detailed feasibility analysis including 6R Modernization model and Greenfield/Brownfield assessment to define MVP-based roadmaps
• Create business cases for multi-year programs with wave-based rollouts through agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
• Ensure strategic blueprints meet regulatory compliance requirements including PDPL, CCRF, NCA, GDPR, and ISO 27001
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Leaders to drive strategic account engagement and contract wins
• Lead customer requirements and RFI/RFP/RFQ responses to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with Atos USPs and commercial metrics
• Drive Atos Offering Portfolios and leverage strategic global and local technology partnerships

Requirements

• 15+ years in IT with a minimum of 5 years in senior Data, AI/ML, or Enterprise Architecture roles
• Strong capability in designing end-to-end Data, AI/ML, and GenAI architectures including ingestion, processing, storage, AI pipelines, model deployment, and governance
• Expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, and modern data platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud-native data services
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure ML, SageMaker, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Jupyter, MLflow, vector databases, RAG architectures, and Agentic AI frameworks
• Proficiency in Python (ML and automation), SQL (analytics), and Spark/Scala (big data workloads)
• Strong understanding of SDAIA, NDMO, PDPL, CCRF, DAMA, GDPR, OECD, and ability to embed compliance into architecture design
• Proficiency in APIs, Microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, event-streaming platforms, and workflow orchestration for AI pipelines
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, NCA, NDGP, SAMA IT and secure-by-design principles for Data and AI workloads
• Deep experience architecting Data and AI use cases for Government/Public Sector, Financial Services, Energy/Utilities, and Aviation, especially in the KSA landscape
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to conduct workshops and executive presentations; proven ability to build relationships with CXOs, Sales, and Engineering teams
